The University of Texas System and Texas A&M University System shall report to the Legislative Budget Board no later than December 1 of each fiscal year additional information regarding the use of the Available University Fund for system office operations and system initiatives for the two previous fiscal years, the current fiscal year, and two fiscal years (projected).
